5 YouTube Channels to Workout at Home

If you’re anything like me, you probably don’t really like going to the gym. I’ve tried, but I just don’t like it. I guess I got used to exercising at home, which believe me, it’s not all that bad. I’ve been doing youtube videos of workouts at home for years now, and during the months that I’ve really put in the effort and consistency, I’ve seen results. My sister (who also hates the gym) has also seen the results.

Now, before I start, I do want to say that what works for me might not work for you, and that some of the exercising that are included on some of this channels require of some practice, so please try to not end up hurting yourself.

So with that been said, here’s the list of my favorite youtube channels to exercise at home:

  1. Gabriella Whited

She is my favorite at the moment. Her videos are short (this is ideal for days when you don’t have much time) but very effective, especially if you do more than one a day. I love that she also makes workout plans so that you can have a routine for one or two weeks.

2. Chloe Ting

Her videos are a little bit more intense and long, but they work out really well. Remember that you don’t have to do it all the first time, you can try and do maybe half of a video, and then try again the next day.

3. Fitness Blender

This was one of the first fitness channels that I subscribed to. They really helped me drop some weight (they have a lot of cardio videos). I also like that in most of their videos they have the female version and the male one, so basically anyone can do the videos and expect results.

4. Rebecca Louise

Her work outs were the first ones I ever tried. They are easy to follow and she really knows how to motivate you to keep going. She also talks about diet tips and mental health in her channel, which is a plus.

5. Mad Fit

My sister and I discovered her recently. All of her routines are easy to do at home, and most of them don’t require any kind of equipment. But, I must warn you, because she has a killer body (which means she exercises a lot) sometimes it’s hard to keep up with her, so you might feel like dying. But trust me, it is worth it.

YOU MAY ALSO WANT TO TRY:

  • Lazy Dancer Tips

Ever since I was a little girl I wanted to be a ballerina. I took some classes but didn’t really last. But, I’ve always loved ballet, and the work outs that ballerinas do really help you tone your body. My sister (who also loves ballet and took classes for longer than I did) found this channel a while ago, and we love it! So if you like ballet or if you just want to give it a try, you can check it out here.

  • Boho Beautiful

I just LOVE this channel. It’s all about yoga and pilates, which are really good for toning too. So if you’re in the mood for something more relaxing, make sure to try this channel! She also has some videos for meditation, plus the places where she films are always breathtaking.

A PLUS:

I found this video a while ago and tried it. I couldn’t finish it until about a week of doing it. It is really intense and you must pay attention to what you’re doing, otherwise you might end up hurting yourself. My sister and I did a challenge to finish it, and we did it! Although, we ended up almost melting, but it was totally worth it and we love it!  If you like it, you can sign up on their website (you have to pay a membership) and get more classes like this one!

Now you have no excuses to make at least 15 minutes of exercise a day! Let me know if you try any of my recommendations and which one was your favorite
